Dear individual Customer, in the event of a dispute arising from the services we provide (of a personal nature and therefore not falling within the scope of commercial activities), you have the right to apply to the Turkey Payment and Electronic Money Institutions Association ("TÖDEB") Individual Customer Arbitration Board within 2 years from the date of the transaction or action giving rise to the dispute, provided that you have made a written application. If your application remains unanswered within 20 days from the date of application, or if you find the response to your application unsatisfactory, you may apply to the TÖDEB Individual Customer Arbitration Board within 60 days from the date of the response, in accordance with the Regulation on Principles and Procedures of TÖDEB Individual Customer Arbitration Board.

Once the form is filled out with the relevant information and the necessary documents are uploaded, it can be electronically submitted via the website www.todeb.org.tr.
