Kliq is a digital wallet application where you can easily, quickly, and securely meet your financial needs together with your family, friends, and social circle, and manage your budget intelligently. With Kliq, you can send and receive money 24/7 without the need for a bank, deposit money into your account and pay your bills, shop securely online and in physical stores in Turkey and worldwide with your Kliq card, withdraw and deposit money from ATMs.
Becoming a Kliq user is very easy! Download the Kliq application from the app stores, easily register with your mobile phone number, email address, and identification information.
When you switch to a contracted account, the limits on products and services offered in the Kliq digital wallet application increase, allowing you to conduct your transactions freely. You can review the contracted account limits on the Fees & Limits table.
You can request to become a contracted customer at BPN Representatives. You can quickly and easily switch to a contracted account after providing the necessary information for the identity verification process.
Anyone who downloads the application and completes the verification process by entering their first name, last name, mobile phone number, and email address can become a Kliq customer. Foreign national customers can become contracted customers and increase transaction limits by applying at BPN Representatives.
After logging into the application, you can change your mobile phone number by following the steps "Profile Information > Contact Information > Mobile Phone".

By keeping your notifications enabled, you can receive instant updates about your transactions and personalized offers. However, if you still want to turn off notifications, you can update your notification preferences through the "Settings" on your device or through the "Profile Information > Notification Settings" section on the Kliq application.
You can easily deposit money into your wallet using your credit card or bank account. Click on the "Deposit Money" step from the main screen, follow the on-screen instructions, and don't forget to enter your Kliq customer number in the description field during the bank transfer. If you don't have a bank account or card, it's not a problem at all; you can immediately deposit money into your wallet with your Kliq card from the nearest BPN Representative or ATM.
If you want to withdraw cash from your account, you can do so by visiting the nearest BPN Representative with your ID or by using your Kliq card at the nearest ATM. If you have your own bank account, you can quickly send your money by clicking on "Send Money > To Bank Account".

In deposit/withdrawal transactions you make through bank ATMs, the fee set by the relevant bank will be applied.
You can transfer money up to the balance in your wallet 24/7 within the transaction limits of your account.
Sending money to your own bank account or other Kliq users is completely free of charge.
If you're going to send money to someone with a Kliq wallet, select the 'Send Money' step from the main screen, then follow the steps for 'To Kliq Account' or if the person is in your contacts, choose 'To My Contacts' to easily transfer. If the recipient is not a Kliq user, select the 'Send Money > To Bank Account' step and enter the IBAN to send money conveniently 24/7.
First, make sure you follow the appropriate steps for the money transfer process and enter your Kliq customer number in the description field. If you encounter any issues, you can reach our Customer Contact Center at 0850 305 36 66.
Paying your bills with Kliq is easy, no waiting in line is required! Just go to the "Pay > Pay Bill" section on the app's home screen, select the billing institution, enter your subscriber information, and easily pay your bills.
You can easily access your Kliq account transactions from the app's home screen. After reaching the transaction details, you can view the transaction receipt by selecting 'View Receipt'.
Bill payments are completely free on Kliq.
The bills you pay through Kliq are transmitted to the relevant institution within minutes.

You can instantly become a Virtual Card holder through the app. Additionally, you can obtain a physical card from BPN representatives, pair your card with your wallet account through the app, and start using it immediately.

You can use your Kliq card for all physical and online purchases, and withdraw or deposit money from all bank ATMs.
You can pair the Kliq card you obtained from BPN representatives through the application. Follow the steps 'My Cards > Pair Card', set your card PIN, and you can start using your card instantly.
To view your Kliq card transactions, select your card from the 'My Cards' step, then access detailed transaction information from the 'Card Transactions' step.
You can fill out the 'Expense Dispute Form' on www.kliq.com.tr and send it via email to [email protected].
Installment transactions are not available with the Kliq card.
A virtual card represents a virtual card used for online transactions instead of a physical plastic card. There is no physical copy of this card, and it is used only for online shopping and virtual payment transactions.
After logging into the application, you can select your virtual card from the 'My Cards' menu and set your limit from the 'Limit and Authorization Transactions' step.
If your card is stolen or lost, you can close your card through the 'My Cards' step in the Kliq application, or call our Contact Center at 0850 305 36 66 to cancel your card and request a new one.

Kliq is a subsidiary of BPN Payment & E-Money Services and holds all the licenses required for its operations under Law No. 6493. It operates under the supervision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. All information and documents obtained in Kliq are processed and stored in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Protection Law. You can safely carry out your transactions.
In the application, you can enter the 'My Cards' menu, select your card, and change your online shopping preferences from the 'Limit and Authorization Transactions' step.
A security question is a security measure used when you forget or cannot remember your password. If you forget the question, you can verify your identity by selecting the 'I don't remember the security question' option in the application and set a new security question. If you cannot verify your identity through the application, you can visit the nearest BPN Representative for identity verification.
If you have changed your SIM card, you need to remove the SIM block. For all other situations, you can call our Contact Center at 0850 305 36 66 to get information about the process.
